Overview

Q. What is the Stampin’ Rewards program?
A. The Stampin’ Rewards program is a way for you to earn rewards when you shop on the Stampin’ Up! website. You can use these rewards to redeem Stampin’ Up! products.
Q. How does the Stampin’ Rewards program work?
A. If you want to participate in the program, you must sign up for a Stampin’ Up! online account. For every online order over $20, you’ll earn 10% of your entire order* in Stampin’ Rewards. You can view your rewards in your Stampin’ Rewards Dashboard, and you can redeem your rewards for products on the Stampin’ Up! website.

*After discounts, coupons, and applied rewards. Before shipping and tax.

 

Earning Rewards

Q. Who can participate in the Stampin’ Rewards program?
A. Anyone with a Stampin’ Up! online account can participate!
Q. Can I use rewards from multiple Stampin’ Up! online accounts?
A. We recommend that each person has only one Stampin’ Up! online account. Each Stampin’ Rewards account is exclusively attached to a Stampin’ Up! online account—so you can only redeem the rewards that are linked to your account. You cannot combine rewards across separate Stampin’ Up! online accounts.
Q. Can I purchase product but not participate in the rewards program?
A. Yes! Stampin’ Rewards is an optional program that you can choose not to participate in.
Q. How and where are my Stampin’ Rewards displayed?
A. After you sign in to your Stampin’ Up! account, you’ll see your rewards displayed in your local currency within the Stampin’ Rewards Dashboard.
Q. Are rewards earned on tax?
A. When tax is broken out in a separate line item or not included in the price of the product, you will not earn rewards.

 

Redeeming Rewards

Q. Do I have to meet a minimum required balance before I can redeem my rewards?
A. Nope! You can redeem any number of active rewards. You can either save your rewards over time and redeem them in one transaction OR you redeem from your available rewards at any time. Just be sure to watch those expiration dates.
Q. How many rewards can I redeem per transaction?
A. You can redeem any amount of rewards in one transaction as long as they are available for redemption.
Q. What determines which rewards are used first when I redeem?
A. Rewards that are set to expire soon will automatically be redeemed first.
Q. If the total product amount due takes the subtotal to zero, do I still have to pay for shipping?
A. Yes, the minimum shipping costs will apply.
Q. When do my rewards expire?
A. Your rewards will expire twelve months after your purchase date at the end of that month. Gifted rewards will expire after three months.

You can access a three-month rewards expiration indicator in your Stampin’ Rewards Dashboard. You can view the hidden details on your dashboard to see when your rewards expire, broken out by month.

Q. Can I use my Stampin’ Rewards and still get free shipping during a free shipping promotion?
A. Yes, you can use Stampin’ Rewards during a free shipping promotion if you reach the net order amount during the promotion. Net amount is defined as the total after all promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and redeemed rewards have been applied.
Q. Can I redeem rewards for any product on the Stampin’ Up! website?
 

 

Paper Pumpkin

Q. How do I earn Stampin’ Rewards with a Paper Pumpkin subscription?
A. To earn Stampin’ Rewards through a Paper Pumpkin subscription, you must spend $20.00 USD per order.

  • 3-month Paper Pumpkin subscription = $6.00 USD in Stampin’ Rewards*
  • 6-month Paper Pumpkin subscription = $12.00 USD in Stampin’ Rewards*
  • 12-month Paper Pumpkin subscription = $24.00 USD in Stampin’ Rewards*
  • Any month-to-month Paper Pumpkin subscription with two or more kits per month = $2.00 USD for every kit

Note: Single month-to-month Paper Pumpkin subscriptions with only one kit per month do not qualify for Stampin’ Rewards because the shipping included in the subscription brings the cost below the $20.00 USD threshold for earning rewards. Paper Pumpkin refills, past kits, and add-ons also qualify for rewards as long as the product total meets the threshold.

NOTE:

  • Be sure to watch when you are getting close to that $20+ mark so you receive the 10% in Stampin’ Rewards directly from Stampin’ Up!. If your order is $19.99, or less, you will NOT earn Stampin’ Rewards at the time you place your order.
  • Be sure to redeem any rewards you have earned before checking out; and, prior to any of the rewards expiring (only good for 12 months from the time they are earned).
