Frightfully CUTE Tombstone Treat Box
Hello stampers and crafty friends! Halloween is just around the corner, so I have a spooky CUTE project to share with you showcasing a fun product available in the July-December Mini catalog…Tombstone Treat Boxes! But, no tombstone can be complete without the help of a fun stamp set and coordinating dies…it is Frightfully Cute, that's for sure!
A good, spooky headstone has to include some sort of message. I used the circle die from the Frightful Tags Dies to cut a Flirty Flamingo moon. To make it look like a 'Blood Moon', I used Daubers to sponge some Pumpkin Pie ink and a smidgin of Tuxedo Black Memento around the edges.
The best part of this is whole project is adding some chocolates/candies! Before assembling the top box, I used one of the tag dies from the Frightful Tags Dies to die cut an opening so that the recipient could see the beautifully wrapped candies using multiple selections of the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper. To keep the candies from falling out, just add a piece of Window Sheet to the back of the opening.
